What's included in the $750?

Five WordPress pages (Home, Menu, About, Visit, Contact), one round of revisions, staging URL, cutover to your DNS, delivered WordPress admin credentials, source access, and a one-page Site Runbook covering plugin versions and backup/restore. $750 is flat and one-time. No tiers, no substitutions, no monthly.

How is $750 possible for a real WordPress site?

Rigid scope. Five pages, restaurant-only. One revision pass. Owner-managed content updates after handoff. The template + build process is tuned specifically for the restaurant niche so every project drops into the same production line.

What if you miss the five-day delivery target?

If the five-business-day draft window is missed, an automatic 50% refund is issued the day the target slips. During the Founding Partner window (first three tables), a full refund applies if we miss the SOW.

Who owns the site after handoff?

The restaurant owner. WordPress admin credentials, database backup, source theme + plugin list, and a Site Runbook go to the owner (or your agency if you're white-labeling) on delivery. No lock-in, no proprietary CMS.

Can we white-label your work under our agency?

Yes. Delivered sites carry no Upstate Web Works branding. Agency stays the client of record; end restaurant sees only your agency. Sample kitchens on the site are illustrative.

Do you support Toast, Square, OpenTable, ChowNow, or Popmenu?

The delivered WordPress site is compatible with third-party ordering and reservation embeds (Toast, Square, OpenTable, ChowNow, Resy). Standard scope covers the button/link into those platforms. Full custom POS integration is a house's-tab quote outside the $750 scope.

How is this different from BentoBox or Popmenu?

BentoBox and Popmenu are subscription platforms starting around $99-249/month. Upstate Web Works is one-time $750 for a WordPress site the owner keeps outright. No monthly platform fee, no vendor lock-in, portable to any WordPress host.

How do revisions work?

One consolidated revision round is included. Send all feedback at once after the staging draft. Copy tweaks, photo swaps, and menu corrections are in scope. Layout changes and new sections quote separately as agency-managed work at the agency's own rate.

Do you build for cuisines beyond restaurants?

The $750 flat rate is restaurant-specific: steakhouses, pizza and pasta, omakase, barbecue, Mexican, Italian, Vietnamese, bakery cafes. Non-restaurant niches (professional services, personal care, retail) are quoted separately from a different niche template.
